What you'll need:
- A Valid, Current, Government Issued ID or Passport.
- A Utility or Phone bill no more than 3 months of age for proof of address.
- A Valid Credit/ Debit Card and/or bank account information - especially if you plan on applying for special financing.
The address on your ID must match the address on the application and must be verified via one of your household bills.
Once you have this information, you will be asked to fill out and sign our application contract and provide payment for your pup.
The application packet will include:
- Up to date Health Certificate with Shot records and any notations.
- Current Feeding Schedule and Amounts
- Certification Information (If applicable)
- Microchip Information
- Information for our Vet and Vet Tech
- Informational Pamphlets
If you live out of state and are planning on purchasing a pup via the website, there will be an additional fee for our puppy escort to bring them to you. You will be required to print out the application contract, sign it, and submit it along with a copy of your drivers license and proof of address.
